You have the choice of sourcing your own installation services or keeping the process in-house within one package with Intelligent Renewable Energy Ltd. Please find useful information below regarding our installation services;
Your allocated installers
The installation team allocated to you will aim to be at your property bright and early on the day of the installation, unless you have agreed a specific time. The team will introduce themselves to you but for any questions or concerns on the day you can speak to us directly by calling our number or emailing us here.
What you will need to do
The installer will require you to provide enough space for the whole team to work safely. All installers will uphold a professional standard whilst at your property. The team will aim to keep noise, disruption, and any mess down to a minimum.
Timing
The installers will aim to complete in the time frame discussed with you. However, some factors (e.g. weather and stock) may mean we cannot guarantee the work will be completed within this time frame. If extra time is required to complete the installation to the high standards set by Intelligent Renewable Energy Ltd the installation team will contact you to provide an update.
