OUR SIMPLE AND TRANSPARENT PROCESS
STAGE 1 - Consultation
Unlike many companies in this industry we offer a no pressure no cost consultation either virtually or on the phone. We gather facts such as your current and historic energy consumption and your exact requirements to help assist you in choosing the correct system for your property. We clarify any questions you may have and agree next steps.
STAGE 2 - QUOTATION
We use the facts gathered from Stage 1 and use state of the art aerial software to calculate the type of system and number of panels your property can have installed. Using our transparent process we then send you a formal breakdown of your most suitable system which will include every purchasing route available to help you make an informed decision.
STAGE 3 - installation
Once we get your approval and clarify any questions on your chosen system, you will receive a Customer Pack before we take any payment, this will include full details about your system, information about regulated bodies and accreditations along with a formal invoice to get started with your install. You will then receive an estimated turn around for your system, arrange the installation by way of erecting scaffolding and booking in the Solar Install team.
STAGE 4 - CERTIFICATION
Once the installation is complete, we will apply on your behalf for your MCS Certification (you will receive full information at point of booking your installation). You will also have a demonstration provided on how to use your new Eco System including how to make the most of your Smart Batteries or Smart Voltage Meters if applicable. Once you are satisfied we arrange a follow-up call on your MCS Certification application and have a general catchup on any further questions you may have.
